What you'll do
- Own delivery plans and coordinate execution across OpenAI and customer teams, managing milestones, dependencies, scope, and priorities.
- Embed with customers to map workflows, deliver production deployments, and lead onboarding, adoption, and change management.
- Measure customer value and ROI, codify reusable patterns, and share field insights with Product and Research.
