Leads health, safety, environmental oversight and performance management across OpenAI’s data center construction portfolio, from construction through commissioning and operational handoff.
What you'll do
- Develop portfolio HSE expectations, verify site and contractor execution, and oversee high-risk work and environmental compliance.
- Create performance measures and reporting, lead cross-site reviews, and drive corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Support incident investigations, site assurance, and HSE readiness for handoff to commissioning and Operations.
