Infrastructure Communications Lead

What you'll do

• Partner with permitting and community-engagement teams and support project progress and local community communications.
• Develop narratives explaining data center projects, energy needs, and policy positions; coordinate communications across teams.
• Support energy policy approaches, public affairs initiatives, press engagement, and stakeholder alignment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex issues to different audiences.
• Practical experience crafting a positive narrative for the data center industry and influencing across teams.
• Experience supporting public meetings, events, and announcements; managing social media messaging and campaigns.
• Media training and experience preparing senior leadership for media; experience in energy policy and connecting policy decisions to infrastructure development.

Nice to have

• Experience running a high-stakes media campaign.
• Experience supporting data center development or comparable energy and infrastructure projects; policy communication experience.

Pay

$185K – $300K USD base salary
