About the job
Leads technical production for complex internal and external events across multiple sites, from planning and rehearsal through live delivery and debrief.
What you'll do
- Plan and operate live, hybrid, and distributed productions, including audio, video, streaming, conferencing, and recording systems.
- Coordinate stakeholders and crews across sites, lead rehearsals and incident response, and build reusable production practices.
- Develop and validate AI and agentic workflows for repeatable event-production work, supporting adoption and measuring improvements.

- Advanced expertise in multiple live-production domains and ability to diagnose interactions across the signal path.
