Leads a team helping strategic customers adopt Codex by designing and implementing AI-enabled software development workflows and scalable technical patterns.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and mentor Applied AI Engineers and set the team’s engagement strategy and operating model.
- Guide customer implementations of AI-enhanced workflows, agentic systems, automations, evaluations, and application architectures.
- Partner across Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and turn engagement insights into reusable practices and product feedback.
