Leads the Applied AI Engineering team serving strategic technology and software customers in the Americas, helping them build, deploy, and scale AI applications while shaping team strategy and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Set the team’s strategy and operating model; hire, lead, coach, and develop Applied AI Engineers.
- Guide customers in identifying use cases, designing and building AI applications, resolving technical challenges, and scaling solutions into production.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Research to prioritize customer engagements and turn customer insights into repeatable technical patterns and product feedback.
