Develops and applies performance models to evaluate AI infrastructure, analyze system behavior, and inform architectural and vendor decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain performance modeling tools and frameworks; model compute, memory, interconnect, and distributed-system behavior.
- Run simulations and analytical models, interpret results, and quantify architectural tradeoffs and bottlenecks.
- Validate models against system measurements and workloads, and collaborate with modeling leads and system architects.
