Lead the architecture, delivery, and operation of foundational security services protecting OpenAI’s infrastructure, research environments, and production systems.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture and roadmap for core security services, from design through long-term operation.
- Design planet-scale security systems and lead cross-functional launches, security reviews, and threat modeling.
- Build security automation and detection tooling using frontier models and agents; mentor engineers and drive systemic improvements.
