What you'll do
- Coordinate subcontracting agreements, amendments, purchase orders, funding, and billing schedule updates.
- Research and resolve supplier, invoice, payment, and system issues, coordinating with AP, Accounting, Finance Systems, and stakeholders.
- Manage subcontracting workflows and build, test, and measure AI-supported process improvements.
