Lead OpenAI’s company-wide accessibility program by setting strategy and designing inclusive product experiences across platforms, while embedding accessibility into design systems and company practices.
What you'll do
- Design and ship accessible product experiences; identify and address barriers across customer journeys.
- Set accessibility strategy, roadmap, governance, priorities, and measures; lead audits, remediation, and validation.
- Build accessibility into design systems and workflows, and grow company-wide capability through partnerships and training.
