Owns and improves ChatGPT growth experiences to help startups, small businesses, and growing teams discover, adopt, and gain lasting value from the product.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end experiences across discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Develop hypotheses, prototypes, and polished product experiences, using data, experimentation, research, and user insights to evaluate outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and execution, and translate AI capabilities into approachable experiences.
