Drives PCBA manufacturing development and production readiness for AI hardware, taking products from prototype through NPI and high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Lead PCBA assembly process development, validation, manufacturing test, rework, and yield improvement.
- Establish NPI processes, quality controls, readiness criteria, and manufacturing reviews with internal teams and external partners.
- Resolve manufacturing, assembly, test, yield, and quality issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Experience taking complex hardware from concept and prototype through NPI, launch, and high-volume manufacturing.
