Research and develop improvements to model capability and behavior for ChatGPT and other products, translating research into training interventions and evaluations.
What you'll do
- Own a research agenda to improve model capability and performance.
- Build evaluations to track modeling improvements and collaborate with research and product teams.
- Design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack.
