Senior Manager, Ads Revenue Accounting

What you'll do

• Lead accounting assessments and maintain Ads revenue policies for products, pricing, contracts, incentives, credits, refunds, and makegoods.
• Establish governance and translate accounting decisions into requirements for launches, billing, data, close, reconciliations, controls, and reporting.
• Run revenue accounting operations and partner cross-functionally on launches, negotiations, and international expansion.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, including ownership of complex ASC 606 judgments and operational execution.
• Demonstrated leadership setting direction, prioritizing risks, and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong command of variable consideration, principal-versus-agent, contract modifications, incentives and credits, collectibility, estimates, and revenue presentation.
• Track record building scalable accounting processes, governance, close mechanisms, reconciliations, and controls.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global launches, multiple currencies, international entities, intercompany considerations, or localized billing.
• Experience applying AI or automation in Finance with review, validation, and control standards.

Pay

$216K – $240K USD base salary
