Own the technical vision and architecture of OpenAI’s Enterprise Identity platform, building secure, scalable identity capabilities across products.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and evolution of enterprise identity systems, including SSO, SCIM, tenant architecture, groups, and permissions.
- Establish shared identity models and primitives, and drive alignment across product, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Set security and reliability standards while providing technical leadership to senior engineers and the broader organization.
