Strategic Sourcing Manager, Data Center Infrastructure, Electrical

What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and assess performance, capacity, and risks; align sourcing with engineering, delivery schedules, and long-term plans.
• Support sourcing decisions with financial analysis, market intelligence, scenario planning, and supplier benchmarking.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or infrastructure supply chain management.
• Experience sourcing major infrastructure systems, industrial equipment, mission-critical facilities, or large capital projects.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with strategic suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing electrical or modular data center infrastructure systems, such as switchgear, busway, UPS, substations, transformers, or e-houses.
• Experience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure, semiconductor, energy, or advanced manufacturing programs; long-lead equipment planning; global supplier networks; or EPC partners.

Pay

$226K – $285K USD base salary
