Technical Program Manager, Cloud AI Partnerships

What you'll do

• Lead partner programs spanning model deployment, product integration, operational readiness, launch, and adoption.
• Manage shared roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, and launch readiness across OpenAI and partner teams.
• Coordinate engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, resolve issues, and report program status and risks to senior leaders.

What they ask for

• Substantial technical program management leadership in infrastructure, platforms, or large-scale engineering, with complex end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience leading complex partner-facing programs across organizational boundaries.
• Understanding of cloud architectures, AI/ML deployment, model serving, and production integration challenges.
• Direct experience with major cloud or AI platforms, including model integration, launch, and customer onboarding.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with foundation models on partner platforms or marketplaces.
• Experience with inference systems, model serving, accelerator-backed infrastructure, or distributed systems.

Pay

$207K – $445K USD base salary

Drive responsible, large-scale deployment of OpenAI models and platform capabilities in cloud partner environments, including integration, model launch pipelines, and production operations.
