What you'll do
- Define audience journeys and connect navigation, information architecture, content, and product experiences across the website.
- Partner with Content, Creative, Web, Design, and Product Marketing to create journey maps, briefs, wireframes, and a roadmap through delivery.
- Use research, visitor behavior, and experimentation to identify gaps and improve journeys.
