Senior Software Engineer, GTM

What you'll do

• Develop OpenArt Agent and other products, and build and evolve OpenArt Arena for discovering, comparing, and evaluating generative AI models.
• Evaluate image and video generation models and translate findings into product capabilities and user experiences.
• Rapidly prototype and ship production-ready products, partnering with product, design, and GTM and using user feedback and product data to guide improvements.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production software.
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js, including building polished product experiences end to end.
• Experience integrating AI models or APIs into products used by real users.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor as a core part of your development practice.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with image or video generation models.
• Experience designing or running model evaluations, benchmarks, or comparison systems.

$400-$500k+ total compensation
