Manage asset-level pricing and resale decisions across a large home inventory portfolio to improve financial outcomes while managing risk.
What you'll do
- Set and adjust listing prices, decide when to hold or use other sales levers, and evaluate resale offers while owning inventory-book P&L.
- Analyze demand, buyer feedback, and market conditions to refine portfolio and asset strategies and identify underperforming cohorts.
- Provide feedback to improve pricing models, algorithms, and portfolio-management tools.
