What you'll do
- Negotiate and manage indirect-spend agreements from intake through signature, including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and SaaS agreements.
- Manage procurement workflows, requests, and POs in Ramp or comparable platforms; escalate material risks and partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams.
- Identify responsible uses of automation and AI for contract review, templating, risk review, and workflow improvement.
What they ask for
- Experience owning indirect procurement and commercial-contract decisions from intake through signature in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with multiple contract types and commercial terms, including payment terms, renewals, liability, indemnification, data protection, IP, SLAs, and termination rights.
- Track record of negotiating commercial improvements, managing cost and renewal exposure, and making sound risk tradeoffs.
- Experience with a procurement platform or purchasing system; strong commercial judgment, ownership, communication, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Ramp experience is a plus.
- NetSuite experience is helpful but not required.
