Title & Escrow Compliance Lead

What you'll do

• Maintain compliance obligations, owners, calendars, and coordinate licensing, renewals, and filings.
• Develop procedures and controls for closings and transaction funds; prepare for audits and track findings through resolution.
• Implement and verify corrective actions, train operating teams, and use approved technology, automation, and AI to improve compliance work.

What they ask for

• Hands-on experience owning compliance work in title, escrow, or real estate settlement operations.
• Working knowledge of title and escrow workflows and controls for accurate closings and responsible transaction-fund handling.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into procedures, controls, and recurring processes.
• Experience implementing corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting title or escrow compliance across multiple states.
• Practical experience using AI to simplify compliance workflows.
