What you'll do
- Advise senior leaders on hiring criteria, workforce forecasts, and market conditions; build talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping.
- Lead offer negotiations and deliver candidate experiences from outreach through onboarding.
- Develop scalable hiring frameworks and structured evaluation processes, promote inclusive sourcing, and mentor recruiters and sourcers.
