Own and support finance platforms, primarily Coupa and Rossum, while improving reliability, stakeholder support, and workflows through automation.
What you'll do
- Own Coupa and Rossum configuration and reliability; support adjacent finance systems.
- Provide L1/L2 support, including ticket triage, incident management, SLA tracking, and root cause analysis.
- Document and improve processes, including automating repetitive support activities with AI-assisted tooling.
