About the job
Develops and delivers technical assessments and training programs to improve engineering hiring, onboarding, and talent development at Optiver.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver technical interview assessments and training for interns, graduates, and experienced hires.
- Work with engineering teams to incorporate software development and AI practices into training and assessment.
- Use performance outcomes and participant feedback to improve assessments and curricula.

- Substantial hands-on software engineering experience with strong technical depth.
- Experience mentoring, teaching, coaching, or developing engineers through training, curriculum design, technical assessments, or similar initiatives.
