About the job
Leads hands-on AI research and engineering to develop, evaluate, optimize, and deploy models for OpusClip’s video products, while setting the technical roadmap and guiding a small AI team.
What you'll do
- Ship AI/ML models from prototype to production and improve them through post-training, evaluation, and user-feedback data flywheels.
- Optimize self-hosted model inference and assess quality, latency, reliability, and infrastructure cost.
- Set the technical roadmap, review architecture, mentor engineers, and manage a small AI team.
