Senior/Staff Product Manager

What you'll do

• Set product strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics for owned features.
• Define and evaluate generative AI output quality to guide what ships and what is improved.
• Partner with engineering, design, and users to build, validate, and ship AI-powered features.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning and shipping complex, high-usage features on a consumer or prosumer product.
• Hands-on fluency with AI models and experience evaluating generative outputs with a repeatable approach.
• Experience building consumer-facing (B2C) products and conducting direct user research.
• Based in the Bay Area and able to work on-site in Mountain View; comfortable partnering daily with Shanghai and Vancouver teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Built evaluations for a generative feature or worked with fine-tuned or post-trained models in production.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features.

Pay

$220,000 – $280,000 USD base salary; $18,333 – $70,000 USD Bonus
