Owns full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to source candidates and support hiring as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and pipeline building for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and founders to develop recruiting strategies and manage multiple searches.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help candidates move efficiently through the process.
