Leads day-to-day HR operations and a Senior HR Generalist while managing payroll, benefits, leave, compliance, and employee relations support as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Senior HR Generalist; oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll review, HRIS records, reporting, and performance-cycle support.
- Manage benefits administration and open enrollment, and own FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other multi-state leave programs.
- Maintain employment-law compliance and advise managers on policy, escalating employee-relations matters to the VP of Human Resources.
