Leads program planning, evaluation, and process-improvement work for a U.S. Intelligence Community client, producing performance insights and implementing adopted recommendations.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement research designs, performance measures, and data-collection and analysis strategies; conduct document reviews, interviews, and gap analyses.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information and develop recommendations for policy, processes, communications, and training.
- Present findings and recommendations to working-level teams and senior client leaders; prepare reports and visual presentations.
