Build and lead Orchard’s San Francisco factory, turning engineering designs into reliable, repeatable, and economical production of rugged camera systems for farms.
What you'll do
- Design and run factory assembly processes, production flow, tooling, test stations, safety practices, and production schedules.
- Plan capacity, production, purchasing, and inventory; hire, train, and manage electromechanical assembly technicians.
- Establish manufacturing quality and readiness processes, and own production performance, including cost, throughput, and yield.
