Owns and improves the user journey for Orkes products, focusing on onboarding, activation, conversion, and growth.
What you'll do
- Improve onboarding and reduce friction across the initial user journey.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and track acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion metrics.
- Analyze user behavior, run experiments such as A/B tests, and report growth results to leadership.
