Leads the architecture and development of core Conductor services and distributed systems, while guiding engineers and contributing to open-source work.
What you'll do
- Architect and design scalable, resilient core services and lead complex technical initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver features and align engineering work with customer and business needs.
- Mentor engineers, improve engineering practices, and guide Conductor open-source contributions.
