Associate, Inquiries and Investigations

What you'll do

• Manage implementations and data corrections from planning through production release, including stakeholder coordination and risk mitigation.
• Analyze performance data, establish metrics, and develop strategies to improve quality and financial discipline.
• Investigate risks and escalations, drive continuous improvement, document processes, and mentor team members.

Pay

USD $87,188 - $114,434 per year (base pay)
