About the job
Provides virtual health assessments and ongoing care to Oscar Health members, coordinating with physicians and other care team members.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality virtual care, including virtual exams using remote monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement and coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians.
- Follow up on labs and imaging, communicate with patients and providers, and contribute to workflow and product improvements.
What they ask for
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
- Board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
- At least 3 years of outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience and at least 2 years delivering virtual care.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish; licensed in at least 2 core Oscar States, including Florida.
Nice to have
- Compact RN license (if an APRN).
- Experience with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools; willingness to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states.
Pay
USD 116,400 - USD 145,500 per year (base salary)
