About the job
Provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual urgent care to Oscar Health members through audio, video, and written communication.
What you'll do
- Deliver virtual patient care, including remote exams and diagnostics, and follow up on labs and imaging.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams on complex cases and patient care.
- Participate in care meetings and provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
