About the job
Provides evidence-based virtual care to Oscar Health members using audio, video, and written communication.
What you'll do
- Provide virtual patient care, including virtual exams using remote monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Coordinate care with clinicians and follow up on labs, imaging, and communication with patients and providers.
- Participate in care-team meetings and provide feedback on operational workflows and product features.
