Investigates suspected fraud, waste, and abuse in claims and enrollment data, manages cases through resolution, and supports recoveries, savings, and preventive improvements.
What you'll do
- Identify and investigate suspected FWA; document findings with reports and supporting evidence.
- Analyze prior cases to improve future detection and preventive claims activity, and meet recoupment and savings targets.
- Present FWA education and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
