What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end M&A, investment, divestiture, and partnership execution, from sourcing and valuation through closing and integration planning.
- Develop sourcing strategies and market maps, and lead enterprise financial and capital modeling to support growth and capital-allocation decisions.
- Partner with operators and Corporate Strategy to evaluate initiatives and establish integration plans, value-capture targets, KPIs, and governance.
