Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance

What you'll do

• Lead compliance strategy, risk assessments, policy governance, regulatory change management, monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
• Oversee investigations, hotline reporting, fraud prevention, corrective actions, and remediation.
• Advise senior leaders and partner across functions to embed compliance requirements, support regulatory engagements, and promote ethics and compliance.

What they ask for

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, legal compliance, audit, or enterprise risk management.
• 5+ years leading compliance teams and enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
• Experience designing and maintaining a healthcare compliance program aligned with OIG Compliance Program Guidance and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Experience in highly regulated healthcare organizations and leading compliance investigations, monitoring, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, and policy governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketplace or other government or commercial health-plan products; or in a technology-enabled, rapidly scaling, or operationally complex healthcare organization.
• Experience using data, technology, and automation to improve compliance; healthcare compliance certification; or JD, master’s degree, or other relevant advanced education.

Pay

$218,592 - $286,902 per year (base salary)
