About the job
Owns the strategy, design, regulatory execution, vendor implementation, and ongoing performance of Oscar’s ancillary insurance portfolio, primarily dental and vision products in the individual market.
What you'll do
- Set the ancillary product roadmap and manage products from benefit design through launch, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Lead vendor implementation and governance, including requirements, performance reviews, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with actuarial, finance, legal, regulatory, and other teams on pricing, filings, compliance, and data-informed product decisions.
