Design and maintain utilization management system workflows, rules, and automations that support authorization processing and care decisions.

- Configure and maintain authorization workflows, business rules, and automations; translate requirements into technical specifications and validate implementations.

- Serve as the UM system subject matter expert, educating partner teams and maintaining system documentation.
