Owns the post-launch customer handoff into manufacturing, coordinating order execution, fulfillment, and deployment across customers and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships and orders from operational handoff through fulfillment, including updates and schedule or order changes.
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness, production priorities, shipment planning, and cross-functional timelines; identify risks and organize mitigation.
- Lead execution reviews and escalations, and help improve tools, reporting, and workflows.
