Owns the operational handoff of customer projects into manufacturing, fulfillment, and deployment, coordinating customers and internal teams to meet commitments.
What you'll do
- Manage post-launch customer relationships and orders from operational handoff through fulfillment.
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness, production schedules, shipments, and cross-functional execution; identify and mitigate risks.
