About the job
Owns the post-launch handoff of customer fragrance programs into manufacturing, fulfillment, and deployment, coordinating customer communication and cross-functional execution.
What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships and orders from operational handoff through fulfillment, including updates, schedule changes, and status reporting.
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness, production priorities, shipment planning, and delivery commitments across internal teams.
- Identify risks, lead escalations, and support tools and workflows that improve operational visibility and scalability.
