Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Product)

What you'll do

• Architect foundational systems for AI-native product surfaces, including generation pipelines, data models, and evaluation frameworks.
• Lead cross-team technical strategy and establish practices for reliability, evaluation, and iteration in AI product engineering.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into scalable technical plans and guide prototypes into production with product, design, and AI teams.

Pay

$210,000 to $275,000 USD per year (base salary)
