Leads Hardware PMO program management for major product lines, overseeing senior program managers and driving predictable execution from development through launch.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop senior EPMs and TPMs, including hiring, succession planning, performance management, and career development.
- Set execution strategy and operating expectations across hardware engineering, testing, reliability, compliance, and manufacturing.
- Oversee program schedules, dependencies, staffing, risks, and launch readiness; escalate material risks and cross-program conflicts.
