Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

What you'll do

• Prioritize and manage transformation, systems, and process-improvement work, including plans, dependencies, risks, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Partner with Accounting and IT on systems intake, issue triage, requirements, prioritization, testing, and release readiness.
• Drive control-gap remediation and cross-functional improvements to close cadence, reconciliation quality, and period-end risk visibility.

What they ask for

• 9+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, accounting operations, internal audit, finance systems, or process improvement, including leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong project/program management skills, including integrated planning, dependency management, risk/issue escalation, and executive reporting.
• Accounting fluency and experience partnering with IT/Business Systems on intake, incident triage, prioritization, and release management.
• Experience with SOX, internal controls, or financial reporting risk remediation in a public-company or late-stage pre-IPO environment; hands-on NetSuite experience.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent; experience building or rebuilding a team or function.
• Exposure to multi-entity, international operations (intercompany, FX, consolidation); CPA preferred.

Pay

$170,000 - $200,000 USD base salary; $154,000 - $182,000 USD base salary; $139,000 - $164,000 USD base salary
