Leads strategic sourcing and supplier management for mechanical components and assemblies across hardware programs, supporting NPI, production readiness, and cost and performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Lead mechanical sourcing, supplier selection, RFx processes, and commercial negotiations for NPI and sustaining programs.
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance, continuity planning, and readiness for prototype builds, production ramp, and mass production.
- Build should-cost models, benchmark suppliers, and improve sourcing processes and governance.
