Leads supplier manufacturing quality and process development for Oura products from NPI through high-volume production, improving manufacturability, supplier performance, and product quality.
What you'll do
- Support NPI builds, ramp-up, mass production, and expansion; lead build-readiness reviews and analyze post-build quality data.
- Develop scalable quality systems, measurement methods, process controls, and yield-improvement strategies; assess risks and set component specifications.
- Qualify and audit suppliers and manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
